The congress reception desk at the airport will manage airport transfers to and from the hotels. To locate the desk, look out for the congress banner in the international arrivals lounge.

This service is especially possible if you let us know in advance of your arrival details. Please provide these details in the online registration form i.e. flight number, date and time of arrival.

The cost to you for this service, including transfer to the hotel is US$ 10 per person, one way.

In other events, you can get transport service from the many providers located within the arrival lounge. Airport to downtown taxi charges are approximately US$ 15 to US$ 20.
