The public response on submission of Paper/Poster Abstracts has been overwhelming. Over 100 abstracts were received by the submission date limit. We are most grateful to all those that have submitted abstracts. The Congress Secretariat has acknowledged receipt of all abstracts received. If you sent and did not hear from us, please check with us.
The Review process is also considering selection of some of the submitted abstracts for oral presentation at the Congress. Please note that due to unforeseen delays in starting up, the date limit schedule has been revised as follows:

The initial feedback to authors will also include instructions on preparation and submission of Papers. Those whose papers will be selected for oral presentation at the Congress will also be accordingly notified. Authors are encouraged to submit their draft papers as early as possible to allow reviewers to comment on the full papers and thereafter enough time to submit the final full paper by the 30th June 2005.
All Papers accepted will be published (CD-ROM) and distributed during the congress.
