Exhibition platforms will provide an opportunity to exhibit products and services related to conservation agriculture to the congress participants. It also provides a forum for manufacturers and service providers to interact and exchange ideas and information. Any company or organization is welcome to exhibit. Interested companies/organizations could fill in the form below or get in touch with the congress secretariat indicating products to be exhibited and space requirements. Please note that available space will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. They are commercial in nature and orientation.
Exhibition kiosks provide an opportunity for institutions, associations, NGOs, and private sector companies to present themselves, their work and their specific projects and products. This is more about exposing the knowledge and information that exist within your organisation. It is also about presenting your organisation as an institution working on CA and related matters and open to collaboration and networking. They are non-commercial in nature and orientation.
Video shows are another opportunity for those wishing to showcase either impact of conservation agriculture or their work on the development and promotion of conservation agriculture through short video show documentaries. The congress programme allows voluntary video show sessions between 10.30 and 12.30 on Tuesday and Thursday during the Congress week.
Special interest groups; while the congress programme shall covers most relevant topics on conservation agriculture and related issues, the organisers recognise possible need for special interest group discussions.
